Farrelly Health Clinic
The Farrelly Health Clinic on Fort Riley provides comprehensive primary and outpatient medical services to Soldiers. As a key resource for mental health on Fort Riley, the clinic is dedicated to the well-being of the 1st Infantry Division community.
The clinic serves Soldiers from the following units:

In addition to primary care, the clinic offers a range of outpatient services with a referral from a primary care provider. These services are a vital component of the mental health support system and include:

Counseling: Individual and group therapy sessions are available to address a variety of personal and emotional challenges.

Substance Use Disorder Treatment: The clinic provides support and treatment for Soldiers struggling with substance use disorders.

Medication Management: Management of medications for behavioral health conditions is available to ensure proper and effective treatment.
Walk-in mental health services are available, and in case of an emergency, care is accessible 24/7 at the Irwin Army Community Hospital Emergency Department.

- Monday–Friday: 6:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. (Farrelly Pharmacy hours 7:15 a.m. - 3:15 p.m.)
- Closed: Federal holidays
- Consolidated Services: On DONSA (Days of No Scheduled Activities) and minimal manning days, services will be consolidated at the Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) clinic at Irwin Army Community Hospital.
